What can I do in the Patient Portal?

The Patient Portal gives you secure access to your health information.

You can message your care team, view visit summaries, request prescription refills, access test results, and update your personal information.

How do I get a portal account?

If you’re a current Tapestry patient and don’t have an account yet, contact your clinic and they’ll get you set up.

I'm not a patient yet. Can I still use the portal?

The portal is available to current Tapestry patients.

Insurance FAQs

What insurance does Tapestry accept?

We accept MassHealth and most major insurance plans. Contact your clinic if you have questions about your specific plan.

What if I don't have insurance?

No insurance? No problem. We offer a sliding scale fee based on income, as well as free options for those who qualify. No one is turned away for inability to pay.

What is the sliding scale fee?

Our sliding scale adjusts the cost of your visit based on your household income and family size.

When you call to make an appointment, our team can walk you through what to expect.

Will I be turned away if I can't pay?

Never. Tapestry is committed to serving everyone in our community, regardless of their ability to pay.

How do I get help getting to my appointment?

Transportation shouldn’t stand between you and your care. Tapestry offers rides through Uber Health for eligible patients.
