Care is provided by a certified wound specialist and includes follow-up visits until your wound is fully healed.

Anyone 18 and older dealing with injection-related wounds, abscesses, or xylazine wounds. You don’t need to bring anything, just call or text to schedule. No ID required.

Your initial visit will be 30 to 60 minutes.
Your wound specialist will assess your wound, provide appropriate dressings, and prescribe antibiotics if needed.
Follow-up visits are 15 to 30 minutes and happen weekly or bi-weekly until your wound is healed.
If your wound requires hospital-level care, we’ll help connect you with the right resources.
MassHealth and most insurance plans are accepted. If you have questions about coverage, call us before your appointment, and we’ll help you sort it out.
Mobile Van: Free or very low cost. No one is turned away for inability to pay. If cost is a concern, let our staff know.
