Food & Nutrition Access

Tapestry’s WIC program provides personalized nutrition education, WIC food cards to buy healthy foods, 24/7 breastfeeding support, and connections to services that benefit the whole family.

WIC is for families who meet Massachusetts income eligibility guidelines — up to 185% of the federal poverty level.

This includes people who are pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding of any age, and children under 5.

We also serve LGBTQ+ families, single parents of all genders, grandparents, foster families, and legal guardians, anyone caring for a child under 5 who meets the income guidelines.

What Is the WIC Card?

Your WIC card works like an EBT card and can be used to purchase approved healthy foods at participating stores.

WIC cardholders may also access additional discounts on things like heating bills and internet connections through participating programs.

Am I Eligible?

To participate in Tapestry’s WIC program, families must meet Massachusetts income eligibility guidelines. Eligibility also includes people who are pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding, and children under 5.
