Telehealth Appointments

Tapestry offers phone and video Telehealth appointments for sexual and reproductive health services, easy to schedule, fully confidential, and available from wherever you are.

Telehealth Appointments

Tapestry offers phone telehealth appointments to make sexual and reproductive health care more accessible across Western Massachusetts.

We strive to make every telehealth visit easy, confidential, and approachable, from wherever you are. All appointments take place on a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Who Is This For?

People seeking sexual and reproductive health care who prefer or need a remote option. No parental consent is required in Massachusetts.

Telehealth is a great option for follow-up appointments, prescription renewals, and consultations that don’t require an in-person exam.

What Services Are Available via Telehealth?

Telehealth is available for gender-affirming hormone therapy follow-ups, STI testing and treatment consultations, starting various birth control methods, UTI and vaginal infection care, and starting PrEP medication.

Some services still require an in-person visit; your clinician will let you know if that applies to your situation.

What Is Not Available via Telehealth?

Physical exams, IUD and Nexplanon insertions, and initial gender-affirming hormone therapy appointments require an in-person visit.

Call us, and we can help you figure out the right option for your needs.

What Do I Need for a Telehealth Appointment?

Just a phone with the ability for incoming calls.

Your insurance card, if you have one, and a list of current medications are helpful but not required.

How Do I Get Lab Work?

Lab orders can be collected at any Labcorp location.

No requisition forms are needed; just go to the lab, and your information will be there.

Cost & Insurance

MassHealth and most insurance plans are accepted. Sliding scale options are available.

No one is turned away for inability to pay. If cost is a concern, let our staff know.
