Emma Johnson is the Executive Project Manager at Tapestry Health, where she leads cross-functional initiatives to strengthen organizational operations and support the delivery of high-quality, mission-driven healthcare. She is originally from Amherst, MA and earned her Bachelor of Arts from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. She spent a decade in New York City studying theatre and dance and building a diverse background in hospitality and office management, including managing a vocal studio. In 2017, she returned to Western MA to pursue a career in the nonprofit sector.

Emma has a longstanding connection to Tapestry’s mission, having accessed its services as a teenager. This experience informs her strong commitment to expanding access to inclusive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental care. She currently resides in Easthampton, MA, and in her free time enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, watching historical documentaries, and spending time with family.
