Tapestry’s Mobile Health Clinic brings confidential health services directly into the communities that need them most, reducing barriers by meeting people where they are.
Walk up during clinic hours. No appointment needed. No ID required.
Made possible by the Kraft Family Foundation, the clinic serves different neighborhoods throughout Western Massachusetts on a rotating schedule.

Anyone 14 and older who faces barriers to accessing clinic-based care, or who simply wants convenient care in their own neighborhood.
No appointment, ID, or insurance is required.

If you have insurance and want to use it, bring your card. Otherwise, just walk up!
Walk up during clinic hours and let staff know what you need.
Visits are 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the service.
Staff will provide care, supplies, and referrals as needed.
MassHealth and most insurance plans are accepted. No one is turned away for inability to pay. If cost is a concern, let our staff know.
Sliding scale options are available.
Many services on the Mobile Health Clinic are free.
