Prior to Tapestry, she worked for the Georgia State Board of Workers Compensations as Director of Process and Improvement.

In this capacity, she led a project to implement an Integrated Claims Management System. Damaris also worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for many years as a Courtroom Clerk.

She enjoys meeting people and loves to motivate and make people smile. Her passion is to help motivate at least one person a day.
