Amy Cronin DiCaprio
Amy Cronin DiCaprio is a public health leader and communications strategist with more than two decades of experience in health equity and reproductive justice. She currently serves as Grants and Communications Specialist with the Northampton Department of Health and Human Services, leading communications, policy engagement, and grant development for municipal public health priorities.
Her prior leadership includes Assistant Director and Director of Research and Evaluation at the YEAH (Youth Empowerment Adolescent Health) Network, and leadership roles at Safe Passage, where she led expansion of youth violence prevention programming. She has also taught in higher education at Holyoke Community College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Amy is a founding and steering committee member of the Amherst LGBTQIA+ Caucus, engaged in queer youth advocacy and organizing. She holds advanced degrees in public policy and public health, with graduate training in feminist studies and community health education.
