Gender-Affirming Healthcare

Tapestry offers individualized hormone therapy, testosterone and estrogen, with staff trained in affirming care and a clear, supported pathway from your first appointment through ongoing care.

Gender-Affirming Healthcare

Tapestry is uniquely positioned to provide the community with gender-affirming hormone (GAH) care as a known gender-affirming provider.

For people 18 and older, we offer a wide variety of hormone therapy options and supportive medications. If you are under 18, reach out to the nearest Tapestry Health Clinic. We can provide referrals to connect you with appropriate care.

We also support your broader transition, with referrals available for therapists, legal support for name changes, voice training, surgical procedures, and more.
