We believe access to compassionate, accurate, high-quality healthcare should be available to everyone. Tapestry provides safe spaces in all four counties of Western Mass where anyone can receive the care they need without fear of judgement or stigma.
All of Tapestry’s Harm Reduction services are free, confidential and available on a walk-in basis.
All services are confidential. We do not report to police or immigration.
We provide:
- Syringe services (access & disposal)
- Narcan (Naloxone) access and training
- Overdose prevention education
- Safer use education and supplies (bleach kits, alcohol swabs, cottons, etc.)
- Safer sex supplies (condoms, lube)
- STI testing
- HIV testing
- Hepatitis C testing
- Referrals to drug treatment (inpatient, MOUD, etc.)
- Referrals to medical care
Who we serve:
- Everyone is eligible for our services, regardless of age, race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, income or immigrations status. We serve people actively using drugs, their partners and family members, as well as people at a high risk of having or seeing an overdose.

Syringe Disposal Hotlines:
These hotlines are open 24/7 for people to report discarded syringes found in the cities listed below. Please leave a message with the exact location of discarded syringes, we will respond within 24-36 hours to safely dispose of the syringes.
